How an e-bike from Greenstorm reaches you - and comes back again

Once you've decided to buy a used e-bike from Greenstorm and have chosen your favourite model, the only thing left is to work out how to get your new e-bike to you. We will gladly take care of the shipping and delivery of your new e-bike to addresses throughout the EU.

Facts and figures about shipping your e-bike

  • Delivery of our products to addresses within the EU

  • Delivery period 5 working days

    • With the following payment methods, the delivery time will be delayed by the time it takes until the payment has been received or the credit has been approved:

      • Pre-payment

      • Financing (3.88% financing) - available from about mid-September

  • Shipping within 24 hours

    If you order your top e-bike by 1pm, it will be shipped the same day.

    Your used top e-bike will be handed over to the specialist freight forwarder the next working day.

    Delivery time is about 1 to 5 working days, depending on the country and delivery address.

    The Greenstorm family uses holidays, Saturdays and Sundays to cycle the routes and trails in Tyrol with their own family.

Your e-bike is fully assembled. Just screw on the pedals, straighten the handlebars and you can set off.
You are welcome to pick up your bike after payment directly from us in Kufstein (see route description), if you happen to be in the area. Please arrange a pick-up appointment with us at

So that you can choose the best e-bike for you, we recommend a test ride. Either at your local e-bike dealer of choice or in the shop at Greenstorm headquarters in Kufstein. Just to be sure that you are buying the right e-bike for your needs.

We ship your e-bike in a special cardboard box with our forwarding partner GO, so that it will arrive undamaged at your home.

Returns, complaints and return shipments
