Who is Greenstorm?

With its used bicycle concept, Greenstorm.eu has set itself the goals of bringing e-mobility to people and of making it affordable without having to sacrifice quality. Top e-bike manufacturers from Germany, Austria and Italy are competing with us for your favour but thanks to our top quality we will not make the choice easy for you.

Our Business Models

Greenstorm's business models are diverse. There are many interfaces in a large cycle, all of which have their own role in making the world a little greener and a little more electric. At the same time, each of the interfaces creates many advantages and added value. Where do you fit in? In the e-shop, as an ambassador, a dealer, a hotelier or a company?

E-shop

E-shop

Our e-shop is our B2C interface. Here you can find the latest models, which have been tested by our rental partners. These bikes are then returned to our workshop and are completely overhauled by the Greenstorm family of technicians.
A discount of up to 40% and a 2-year guarantee later, you as a customer of our e-shop will have an almost new e-bike at home that goes as if it had just come off the production line, and as if you had to dig deep into your pocket to acquire it. E-Bikes, green mobility and healthy exercise for everyone!

Ambassadors

Ambassadors

How does a new e-bike every year for free sound? Plus free delivery and exchange of the e-bike? For us, these sounds as if they were the ideal Greenstorm e-bike ambassador. All you would have to do is share your enthusiasm for your e-bike.
Talk about it, share it, trumpet your enthusiasm and our postings to the wide, green, digital and analog world; to acquaintances, relatives, friends and report on your cycling tours with your #ebike from #greenstorm on social media platforms. A purchase recommendation also works in the classic way. Become part of our e-bike ambassador network.

Dealers

Dealers

Within the Greenstorm family, 10,000 E-Bikes are in circulation every year. They are returned to our workshop after an average of 500 kilometers on the clock, where they are serviced and given a good polish - inside and out. With a discount of 40% and a 2-year warranty on the motor and battery, the bikes have new life breathed into them.
As a dealer, you can become part of the Greenstorm family by taking our bikes and passing the unbeatable price advantage on your customers. Become a local e-bike dealer and service point for the trust of new customers and benefit from the added value following the sale. You can also sell your entire range of electric bikes free of charge on our Greenstorm marketplace, which will give you a far bigger catchment. See all dealers.

Hotels

Hotels

Do you want to fill your vacant rooms and provide your guests with e-bikes? We are at your service. We at Greenstorm wants to lend you and your guests a brand new e-bike fleet for one season. In return, we'll get vouchers for your unoccupied beds.
Depending on your interest, e-bikes could be joined by e-cars and e-charging stations. In return, we will fill your beds with guests who are enthusiastic about your hotel and services, which would include e-mobility. At the end of the season the bikes are returned to the start of the season. The e-cars wants to stay in your business for at least 3 years and enjoy the Greenstorm maintenance service every year.

Company

Company

How can the Greenstorm family motivate your employees? With cycling fun, a green journey to work and an end to the search for a parking space. We would rent out e-bikes to you and your employees - with the latest models each year. After one year, the e-bikes are returned us, serviced, and can then be bought for a special price if you were satisfied with them during the extensive test rides.
Your employees’ CO2 emissions from their commute and the ancillary wage costs would be reduced in favour of good publicity and cost-neutral health management for your workers, not to mention the incentive effect of a free company e-bike.

The idea that only new bicycles can be in good condition is long obsolete. Especially electronic bicycles are very expensive in new condition and on the other so high quality that a second-hand purchase pays off in any case . We noticed that early on and made ourselves comfortable in the used market for e-bikes.

Why you should buy a used E-Bike?

The idea that only new bikes can be in good condition has long been obsolete. Electronic bicycles in particular are very expensive when new and are of such high quality that a second-hand purchase will always pay off. We noticed this very early on and have carved out a suitable niche for ourselves in the second-hand market for e-bikes.
The advantages of a second-hand bicycle may be easily understood but they are also extremely persuasive. As a general rule, only one thing is decisive for second-hand goods: the price. If you add impeccable quality to that, nothing is standing in the way of a very satisfying purchase.
In addition to the unbeatable price advantage, we at Greenstorm.eu can also provide bikes in impeccable condition. We prepare the bikes in such a way that we can still give a further 2-year guarantee on the battery and motor. Minimal signs of usage and hardly any optically recognizable differences from the new models always make our used electric bikes a good deal at the end of the day.

Greenstorm.eu: Who we are and what we are doing with E-Bikes

In a nutshell: Greenstorm.eu is the largest dealer for used electric bicycles in Europe. Our approach is to buy the latest models from top e-bike manufacturers such as Ghost, Haibike, KTM, Univega, Fantic, Bergamont and Corratec and lend them to hotel customers for a season. During this period, the bikes are constantly overhauled and serviced by our team in the e-bike workshop.
During the summer but mostly in autumn the bikes are checked again, undergo a general renovation and are brought up to the best possible condition. Afterwards the nearly-new e-bikes are presented in our online shop and are offered for sale. The driving force behind all this at Greenstorm.eu is the overall concept of e-mobility, whereby we want to take the next evolutionary step in the field of bicycles.
Love for bicycles but even more enthusiasm for electric bicycles, a heart for bicycle mechanics as well as e-mobility in general - that is how Greenstorm.eu could be summed up. Through our activities on the electric bicycle market, we want to make e-mobility accessible to everyone - this is how we see the world through our Greenstorm glasses.

Our fascination for e-bikes - the mobility revolution! * leave out - The mobility revolution, if text too long!
The bicycle has always represented movement and freedom for everyone. The further development of the bicycle into a mountain bike in the 1980s was a quantum leap for the bike industry. You could suddenly go any- and everywhere on two wheels and no terrain was off limits. Spring systems and lightweight construction were further milestones, along with ever lighter and more compact gear shift systems and suspensions (shock absorbers).
But the real revolution is the e-bike. Mountains, off-road, forest paths, single trails and gravel roads - uphill and downhill – made easy for everyone to enjoy on their bikes. Until now, this area of biking was often only really accessible for well-trained athletes - the e-mountain bike is clearly a gamechanger here. The motor (often from Bosch) as well as the rechargeable battery with more than enough energy supply both contribute considerably to the expansion of what is possible.
Even everyday trips such as commuting to work can be done more economically with an e-bike than with a car, faster than with a bicycle and with more fun and enjoyment. You can move about silently, sustainably and yet with a lot of exercise and physical activity.

Greenstorm.eu has an exclusive passion for e-bikes and we also demand this from the manufacturers from whom we acquire our bikes. All our partners manufacture their e-bikes at least in Europe, if not directly in Germany. Locality and high-tech quality are seamlessly integrated into our concept and that of e-mobility.

Bergamont

Bergamont - no revolution in the bicycle market without rebellion

Greetings from St. Pauli. At Bergamont, high-tech is not an end in itself but forms the basis for maximum bicycling pleasure. Only the ideas of the Bergamont engineers, employing their own development and core technologies make it possible to ride a bicycle to the limit and offer the basis for increased cycling performance as well as the highest possible safety and reliability.
The company was founded in St. Pauli in Hamburg, of which the Bergamont team is proud, because in this part of the city rebellion goes hand-in-hand with traditional craftsmanship. And this is reflected in the Bergamont racers. An electric bicycle from Hamburg St. Pauli - of course something different, and that's what innovation is all about.

Corratec

Corratec - beyond the mainstream

The "Passion of Cycling" has been the driving force at Corratec since 1990. Right from the start, the founders Konrad and Cielo Irlbacher from Bavaria aimed for the highest quality bicycles, set apart from mass production. They are getting closer and closer to their goal - the "perfect bike" - every day.
The Corratec racing bikes, mountain bikes, etc. incorporate exactly this vision and so quality, design and high stability are integral to all their components. Corratec is 100% attuned to the theme of electric bicycles - and we at Greenstorm can understand this passion, which is why we naturally had to include the Bavarian bicycle company in our ranks right away.

Fantic

Fantic - Italian temperament in the battery

Whether on or off the roads and paved paths - anyone who can create motorcycles for any terrain, as Fantic does, can but design e-bikes that meet our high standards. An off-road and an urban series cover every type of terrain and that absolutely without any deficiencies - not even in the design.
We are a special fan of your fatbikes. When we talk about every terrain: e-fatbikes from Fantic are the very definition of "every terrain". Whether snow, mud, or both; with the thick balloon tyres you never sink in and you master impossible downhill runs with bravura. And fun too.

Ghost

Ghost - they live e-mountain biking

The company founder of Ghost, Uwe Kalliwoda, manufactures 70% of his bikes and bicycles in southern Germany. Since the founding of the company in 1993, there is no mistaking the quality of the bikes as well as the design. Internationally, Ghost employs 225 people, sponsors countless mountain bike and downhill racing teams and is thus directly involved in the development of the sport.
Uwe Kalliwoda from Ghost incorporates the spirit of the sport, its emotions and extreme demands, into his company. For the battery and motor, the company relies on proven Bosch components for its electric bicycles.

Haibike

Haibike - the almost grown up baby of the bicycle ‘Grande’ Winora

Susanne Puello, former managing director of Winora Fahrrad-Schmiede, founded the Winora sub-label Haibike together with her husband Felix in 1995. Success came quickly and Haibike became a large, independent brand, developing out of the Winora mother concern.
Haibike's products are designed and developed in Germany - with love and a passion for healthy and sustainable mobility. Haibike relies on proven Yamaha quality for the battery as well as for the drive or motor. The terms Haibike and electric bicycle are inextricably linked, noticeable with every kilometre you ride.

KTM

KTM - they know their way around motors

KTM is probably the largest motorcycle manufacturer in Austria. It has been driven by the same tail wind as the bikes themselves: first non-motorised on two wheels, they soon switched to faster models and now use their long-standing know-how for the new e-bike technology as well.
Their subgroup KTM Bike Industries does not specialize in any special type of bike. They try out and excel at e-MTB, e-trekking, and e-city/urban. KTM's experts from all sectors come together to find the best torques, frame statics and steering axles. The sleek design that you already know from their bikes comes on top of all that.

Raleigh

Raleigh - motorized Tea-Time

The Anglo-Saxons have always been known for their boundless elegance and formality - whether rightly or wrongly is neither here nor there. One thing is clear for us: there is hardly any other manufacturer who offers more elegant e-bikes than Raleigh, which are so brazen and indisputably comfortable. Here Commonwealth really is written in capital letters - common prosperity.
Founded in the previous century (1887) in Nottingham, Raleigh is now under the umbrella of the German bicycle manufacturer Derby Cycle Holding - one of the most successful in Germany. However, the bicycles have retained their design and the British charm is combined with the legendary German art of engineering.

Sinus

Sinus - tradition in a new guise

Bicycles and especially the e-bikes from Sinus appeal to their own particular target group. Function, minimalism and a pronounced degree of quality are the absolute top priorities here. Less was, is and remains more and therefore the focus is on understatement and function as a whole is the focus.
As a Winora brand, this fine piece of workmanship can draw on a century of expertise, which is noticeable in every spoke and every rechargeable battery.

Univega

Univega - downhill and uphill giants from California

According to the company's own legend, Ben Lawee and his companions enjoyed racing down Californian slopes at the beginning of the 1970s. Tinkering about for their own riding fun then grew into the company UNIVEGA, which at that time still had a small bike shop in Long Beach. Time has moved on and today it has become a globally successful company.
So global that in Söll, we didn't let the opportunity pass us by to take a good look at and be convinced by the fine examples available. Like Ben Lawee and his companions, we are also looking for "robust and affordable bikes with innovative technology" and when Univega entered the e-bike market, several common denominators were quickly found.

Specs of E-Bikes

Specs of our E-Bikes

We have bicycles in a wide variety of designs on offer so that there is always something for ladies and gentlemen, big and small, fast and slow and everything in between. By clicking on a product, all relevant information can be viewed on the product page. This includes, for example, the available frame size(s), kilometres ridden, installed hardware (motor, gearshift and brake) and battery power in watt-hours.
Our wheel sizes extend from 26 inches to 27.5, 28 and 29 inches. The sizes of the aluminium bike frames are even more extensive and can be adjusted to the exact Body height or stride length using the size chart. In 5-15 cm steps, the bicycle frames can be adapted to suit body heights from 155 cm to 195 cm.
As regards the gearshift, we employ Shimano gears for all our bikes, selectable between 9, 10 and 11 gears. The batteries and motors are either from Bosch or Yamaha. Most of the installed motors are mid-mounted motors, which makes the bikes especially stable.

Online Service

From Online to Personal Service

The Greenstorm.eu bike workshop & our workshop heroes
Every used e-bike is technically supported and overhauled continuously in our professional e-bike workshop. Fork, saddle, tyres, gear shift, brakes, frame as well as battery, drive and electronic connections are carefully checked by our team of mechanics. With a love of craftsmanship and a pronounced passion for e-bikes of all types, we don’t overlook a single millimetre of our little babies.
In the spring, we snap up the latest models of the respective season and have them tested, so to speak, by hotel customers, all the while continuously checking and servicing them. Aluminium frames, shock absorbers, brakes, battery and motor as well as rims, tyres and handlebars are tested extensively so that you really will only receive a product in perfect condition.
The e-bikes are not even a year old in autumn or summer when they come back to us and the spokes and batteries are checked. After the repair work, you benefit from a 2-year warranty on your nearly-new e-bike.

Be careful when buying a used e-bike
If we are already taking basics, we will tell you right away what we and above all you need to be careful of when buying used electronic bicycles. When all is said and done, it's good to know, even if the professional mechanics at Greenstorm.eu do it for you and you don't have to worry about anything anymore.
First of all, you will need to think about what you would like to use the bike for, whether you are a mountain fanatic or an urban junkie. Unfortunately, we can't do that for you, but the decision should be an easy one. Depending on your choice, our shop offers e-mountain bikes, e-city bikes, e-fatbikes and e-fullys.
When checking the bike, one of the priorities is the status of the battery. A battery can undergo around 600 to 700 full charge cycles, which does not mean that it can only withstand so many charges. In this case, a full charge cycle means complete draining of the battery and recharging. Charging a battery that has been discharged by one third means charging only one third of a charge cycle.
This is achieved using the technology of lithium-ion or lithium-polymer batteries which no longer have a memory effect. Partial charges no longer count as full charges because the battery is not damaged during the process.
Of course, the kilometres already ridden are also decisive for the condition of the e-bike. They determine the degree of wear and tear and we adjust the new prices accordingly. Any damage and traces of use are also appropriately deducted from the resale price, resulting in an unbeatable, fair deal.l54'fd
The electronics - the most sensitive part of the e-bike - are of course also thoroughly tested. Lubricated and cleaned, the e-bike, now almost as good as new, can finally be presented in our online shop and hopefully soon end up in your home.

An online service as personal as in the shop - only more convenient
With us, the online shop functions almost as personally as offline. The e-bikes from Greenstrom.eu are delivered to you by our logistics service, assembled, ready for use and freshly overhauled.
By clicking on your desired product, you will find all the relevant information you need to make your purchasing decision. Once you have found your dream e-bike, we will ask you to select one of the 5 payment methods and then you can leave the shipping entirely up to us. Or pay us a visit in Söll/Austria and pick up your bike directly on site.
